Circle is collaborating with financial services company Tereina to integrate their USDC and EURC stablecoins into corporate payment workflows. Tereina has received support from the German enterprise software giant SAP.

This integration will allow enterprises using SAP financial software to send and receive USDC and EURC within the applications they already use for managing payments. For transactions denominated in US dollars, USDC will be the preferred stablecoin; for payments denominated in euros, EURC will be available for use.

Tereina provides payment infrastructure, which enterprises can embed into their business software, allowing them to complete payments without having to switch to a separate financial platform. Tereina and Circle indicate that plans are in place to test this stablecoin integration with customers in the coming months, with use cases including global payments and fund management services.

According to the announcement, the ecosystem of SAP generates 84% of the global business activity, which means that this integration may cover a wide range of corporate users.

It has been less than a month since Circle launched the mainnet of Arc. Arc is a blockchain created by Circle for stablecoin payments and financial markets. Arc uses USDC to charge transaction fees and supports more than 20 types of stablecoins, including USDC and EURC.
