The crypto market turned downward in the past 24 hours, with Bitcoin, Ethereum, and XRP all losing some of their gains. Ethereum led the decline after breaking below a key trend line, and all three assets are currently at or near a support level that will determine their next move.

Current Price Situation

  • Bitcoin ( BTC ): $83,285, down 3.3% in 24 hours
  • Ethereum ( ETH ): $2,571, down 5.3%
  • XRP: $1.44, down 4.5%
  • Solana ( SOL ): $116.39, down 3.3%
  • BNB: $767.80, down 2.1%

Bitcoin: The upward trend remains, but the rebound has encountered selling pressure.

An analyst stated that Bitcoin has now closed above the 50-week moving average for three consecutive weekly charts and one monthly chart. This level has often served as a support level during past bull markets. Bitcoin also remains above the $83,000 mark near its May high.

However, the short-term situation is weak. He said that every recent rebound has been met with selling pressure, and the overlap in upward trends is severe, indicating that the selling force is strengthening.

Bitcoin Key Points:

  • Support levels: $81,600 to $82,930. Bitcoin is currently trading slightly above this range.
  • Resistance levels: $85,000 to $87,000. To confirm the next round of upward movement, it is necessary to effectively break through this range.
  • Upward targets: $88,600 and $92,200
  • Safety cushion: If support is breached, attention may be drawn to the range of $63,326 to $74,800. The analyst emphasized that this "is not a target level," but rather an area that needs to be observed if a deeper pullback begins.

Ethereum: Breaks below the ascending triangle

Ethereum is the weakest among the three. Analysts say that after losing support at $2,690 to $2,700, ETH broke below a rising triangle pattern, and sellers quickly pushed it down towards around $2,560.

"As long as ETH remains below the trend line that has been broken down, I think the downward pressure may continue," he wrote, adding that the reaction in the range of $2,550 to $2,560 "is very important for the next move."

There is also a message from the demand side. Tom Lee indicates that BitMine will stop purchasing ETH after holding 5% of the total Ethereum supply. BitMine has always been one of ETH's largest corporate buyers.

XRP: Still within the support range; the bottom has not been confirmed yet.

The XRP at $1.44 is currently trading within the short-term support range of $1.32 to $1.49. An analyst stated that within this range, XRP “still has more room to fall” and may continue to decline before a reversal.

However, he believes that a larger structure is still positive. Since August, XRP has been forming higher lows, whereas it did not do so at the end of 2025 and for most of 2026.

XRP Key Points:

  • Short-term support: $1.32 to $1.49
  • Main support range: $1.10 to $1.37. As long as this range is maintained, the outlook remains positive.
  • The first signal at the bottom: Breakthrough of $1.56
  • Main resistance: $1.66 to $1.67; XRP encountered resistance and fell back at these levels on both August 22nd and September 22nd.
  • Target range: $2.14 to $2.99
  • Long-term milestone: around $11, he said that "it may still take some time"
