Jeeves Raises $110 Million to Fund Stablecoin Enterprises' Payment Services

Jeeves announced on September 29th the completion of a $110 million equity financing round, led by CoinFund.

The investors involved include AllianceBernstein, Andreessen Horowitz, Coinbase Ventures, CRV, GIC, Global PayTech Ventures, ParaFi, Vista, Wintermute, and Y Combinator.

This company, headquartered in Miami, provides corporate cards, accounts payable, fund management, payment, and expenditure tools for enterprises operating across multiple countries. Jeeves indicates that its annual volume of card and payment transactions has exceeded $5 billion, of which $1.5 billion is settled through stablecoins.

The company stated that its stablecoin business reached this level within 8 months, while revenue quadrupled within 14 months. Over 80% of customers utilize multiple of its products.

Along with the financing, Jeeves launched a stablecoin wallet that supports payments to 190 countries, a AI expenditure tracking tool, and an accounts receivable module.

The company is also expanding its stablecoin card business from 25 countries to 35 countries and has opened an office in Madrid. The new markets include Argentina, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Panama, Peru, Paraguay, and Uruguay.

World Assets Discloses $49 Million Lock-up Period WLD Sales

According to a report on September 28th that cited an official announcement from the project, World Assets completed $49 million in over-the-counter WLD sales in the past month.

These transactions come with a one-year lock-up period. At the time of the announcement, some token deliveries had already been completed, while the remaining transfers and settlements were scheduled to take place during that same week.

This financing involves the sale of private tokens, rather than equity investments in Tools, for, and Humanity. It is also not part of a traditional venture capital round.

CryptoRank records this transaction in the financing history of World. Therefore, these $49 million represent the disclosed token sales amount, and not the valuation of the project or its operating company.

The announcement covers multiple sales over a period of one month; therefore, this total amount should be understood as the financing disclosed within the reporting period, rather than the funds raised entirely within 7 days.

Solana Company Issues Stocks at a Price of $15 Million

Solana Company announced a direct registration and issuance on September 30, with an estimated total fundraising of about 15 million US dollars.

This NASDAQ-listed company agreed to sell 4,369,356 Class A shares to an institutional investor at $3.433 per share. The related shares come with warrants that allow the buyer to subscribe for an additional number of shares at an exercise price of $3.776 per share.

Solana Company indicates that the issue price is 5% above the net asset value per share, while the exercise price of the warrant is 10% above the net asset value.

The company, headquartered in Philadelphia, plans to use the funds obtained for its "per share SOL" strategy, which includes potential stock repurchases and further purchases of Solana, as well as for working capital and business expansion.

Clear Street acts as the exclusive placement agent. The transaction is expected to be completed around October 1st, but it is subject to meeting the usual conditions.

The company disclosed that as of September 24, it held 2.3 million SOL tokens, as well as $2.3 million in cash and stablecoins. This issuance is considered financing for a listed company, rather than venture capital.

Financing amount is less than $10 million.
