Chicago, September 29, 2026 / PRNewswire / — The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)-registered brokerage firm, operated by Bruce ATS ™, Bruce Markets LLC, announced today that it has reached a milestone agreement to extend U.S. stock trading throughout the weekend following regulatory approval. This initiative is aimed at providing global investors with continuous, round-the-clock stock trading 7 days a week.
To support this expansion, Bruce Markets will leverage new strategic investments from major shareholders PEAK6 Investments and Robinhood Markets. Apex Fintech Solutions, Fidelity Investments, Nasdaq Ventures, NH Investment, Securities, tastytrade, and Webull will still remain as investors.
Bruce Markets will expand the use of Nasdaq trading technology, while clearing, nominee holding, and custody services will be provided by Apex Clearing Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Apex Fintech Solutions and Inc.
