SAI360 appoints Prashant Darisi as Chief Product Officer

This product and technology leader has joined SAI360 with the aim of accelerating innovation in its GRC product portfolio.

Chicago, September 28th / PRNewswire / -- Ethical, governance, risk, and compliance software provider SAI360 announced today the appointment of Prashant Darisi as Chief Product Officer. Darisi will join the company's executive leadership team and be responsible for the product strategy of SAI360's global product portfolio.

As Darisi joins forces with SAI360, the company is at a critical stage of product evolution. Following significant investments in the GRC Elevate platform and ongoing expansion of its risk, compliance, and training services, SAI360 is now focused on creating the next generation of intelligent GRC – one that connects data, work processes, and AI with traditionally isolated areas of risk and compliance. By integrating AI with organizational context regarding risks, obligations, policies, events, and control measures, SAI360 aims to help customers go beyond automation to more proactively identify risks and make decisions faster and better.

SAI360 CEO Peter Granat stated: " Prashant understands that excellent products come from connecting customer needs with the possibilities of technology implementation. We have made great progress in modernizing our platforms and expanding the application of AI in terms of risk management and compliance. Prashant will help us to build on this foundation and accelerate our ability to transform innovation into real value for customers."

Darisi has over 20 years of experience in the enterprise software industry, having been responsible for and led multiple enterprise software businesses. His expertise covers product management, engineering, customer operations, and business strategy. Before joining SAI360, he served as the Chief Product Officer at ETQ. Earlier on, he held leadership positions at Everbridge and RSA Security, where he was in charge of the enterprise SaaS platform, emerging technologies, and global product organization-related work.

At SAI360, Darisi will be responsible for the evolution of the company's GRC, compliance, and training solutions. The focus is on creating a more interconnected customer experience and expanding the role of intelligent automation and AI in daily risk and compliance efforts.

Darisi indicates that "innovation is only meaningful when it can make it easier for customers to do their work better. Risk and compliance leaders need products that help them understand what is most important, enable them to make better decisions, and take action more quickly. SAI360 possesses the expertise in GRC and a wide range of product coverage, which allows us to achieve this. Our goal is to integrate these capabilities into a simple, interconnected experience, and measure our success by the results achieved by our customers."
