资金投向澳大利亚与印尼项目

公司称,新资金将推动澳大利亚 Project Southgate 进入下一阶段,同时支持印尼项目的前期开发,并为其他亚太市场扩张做准备。过去一年,Firmus 累计股权融资已超过 30 亿美元。

按照公司说法,印尼项目将面向 AI 原生客户。澳大利亚仍是本轮融资的主要投向地,现有制造能力和软件平台将先用于本土项目落地,再逐步推进区域扩张。

英伟达延续合作关系

Firmus 表示,公司已在澳大利亚建立自有 HyperCube 平台的制造能力,并基于英伟达 DSX AI Factory 参考架构建设 AI 基础设施。公司称,这一方案有助于更快上线算力,并提升单位功耗下的输出效率和系统韧性。

今年 6 月底,Firmus 已与英伟达达成合作协议,计划采购后者基础设施,并提供基于英伟达技术的云服务。本轮融资中,英伟达再次以投资方身份参与,双方合作进一步加深。

机构继续加码 AI 基础设施

本轮融资还引入了黑石旗下战术机会基金等资金。此前已投资 Firmus 的 Coatue 继续追加资金,Jane Street 则新加入本轮融资,显示大型机构仍在加码数据中心、电力和高性能计算等 AI 基础设施资产。
