According to CoinMeta, analyst Joanne Bianco stated that investors believe the results of the mid-term elections in the United States provide support for the bond and stock markets, as the election outcomes raise the threshold for further expansion of fiscal spending and also increase the likelihood of policies being more balanced. She pointed out that although it is now difficult to find real hawks in Washington who advocate for fiscal austerity, the more decentralized policy environment should make it more challenging to further expand the fiscal deficit and is expected to improve fiscal prospects. Looking ahead, the market's focus will once again shift to geopolitical situations and whether the U.S. economy can continue to remain strong.
