BBX: Circle EBITDA Increases by 85%, Mining Enterprises Face Difficult Transformation

According to CoinMeta, as reported by BBX, yesterday's global capital markets, amidst the intensive disclosure of third-quarter reports for 2026, witnessed an extremely brutal evolution in the business ecology of crypto-related stocks. Amidst the macroeconomic frenzy as Bitcoin prices broke through $80,000, various listed entities in different sectors delivered mixed results: Stablecoin giant Circle (NYSE: $CRCL) recorded a net profit of $226 million, with its adjusted EBITDA increasing by 85%; the dividend from the interest rate differential of fiat currencies was evident for Hut (8: $HUT), which saw declining revenue but managed to boost its net profit to $131 million thanks to a $414 million floating profit from Bitcoin holdings. RIOT (NASDAQ: $RIOT) relied on data center construction to offset the decline in mining profits and managed to maintain a revenue base of $181 million. The market displayed a clear dual evolutionary trend: "Compliant digital dollar issuers achieved leapfrogged profits by leveraging their substantial fiat reserves and interest rate differentials," while "established heavy-asset mining companies forcibly smoothed out the pain of Bitcoin halving through fair value accounting dividends or by crossing over into physical data center operations."
