According to CoinMeta, Arm ( arm.o ) achieved revenue of $1.44 billion in the Q2 fiscal year of 2026, a year-on-year increase of 27%, exceeding the market's forecast of $1.38 billion. The adjusted earnings per share were $0.52, which is higher than the expected $0.47. The company expects Q3 revenue to be around $1.54 billion, roughly in line with the market's forecast of $1.53 billion. The growth in its data center business offset the weakness in the smartphone market. Arm is transitioning from a chip architecture licenser to a chip manufacturer, and its self-developed CPU is expected to contribute up to $2 billion in revenue in both the 2027 and 2028 fiscal years. CEO Hass stated that the company is more confident of achieving this revenue target, but current supply capacity still limits growth. Q2 Licensing business revenue increased by 50% to $773 million, and royalty revenue grew by 8% to $670 million. After the financial report was released, Arm's stock price fluctuated after the closing bell; it had previously risen by more than 4% but is now down 3.8%.
