According to CoinMeta, Hakeem Jeffries, the leader of the Democratic House caucus who is expected to become Speaker of the House after the Democrats take control of Congress in January next year, stated today that the Democrats should focus on solving the problem of high living costs in the United States, rather than seeking revenge against President Donald Trump. Jeffreys said, "The American people do not want us to retaliate in kind. They want us to actually do things for them, because living costs are simply too high now. Our campaign platform revolved around making life more affordable, and it is with this issue that we won the election. Now it is our turn to fulfill our governing responsibilities around this goal."
