According to CoinMeta, Shi Kaiwen, former vice president of Lark Products, has been reported to have joined StepStar as a partner, reporting directly to Chairman Yin Qi and being responsible for the intelligent agent operating system ( Agent OS ) project. This news surfaced in mid-September, but the original report was later deleted, and StepStar has not officially confirmed it to this day. Shi Kaiwen left Lark at the end of June this year to pursue his own startup, focusing on Agent on the client side. His team members come from ByteDance and Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Sequoia China and JinQiu Fund were once rumored to have participated in the early investment, with the project's valuation estimated to be as high as $500 million. However, in less than three months, media reports disclosed that he had terminated his startup efforts and chose to join a large model company instead. Shi Kaiwen had previously been deeply involved in the development of Lark's multi-dimensional spreadsheet products, specializing in transforming complex enterprise collaboration capabilities into products that ordinary users could use.
