According to CoinMeta, the National Development and Reform Commission held a series of press conferences to advance the "15th Five-Year Plan," introducing measures to strengthen development support. Kou Rong, Deputy Director of the Economic and Trade Department of the National Development and Reform Commission, stated that the modern circulation system can connect production and consumption on a larger scale, playing a fundamental, leading, and strategic role in the national economy. During the "15th Five-Year Plan" period, efforts will be made to further modernize the circulation of key commodities, improve the production, transportation, promotion, and sales systems for bulk goods, and enhance the storage, transportation, and distribution capabilities for such goods. This includes developing and expanding direct train services for bulk cargo and accelerating the organization of combined rail and water transport to further speed up commodity circulation. At the same time, integrated circulation rules and standards will be established and improved, with a focus on revising regulations and standards in key areas such as trade logistics, e-commerce, and agricultural product circulation. The interconnection of facilities and systems for circulation logistics and market information trading platforms will also be promoted, and the "invisible barriers" that hinder circulation will be further removed. The resources and elements necessary for the development of the circulation industry will also be further strengthened.
