Tom Lee: AI Stock selling has hit bottom, but the market did not plummet after the Binance hack
2026-11-03 07:17:11
According to CoinMeta, Fundstrat, co-founder of Bitmine and Chairman Tom Lee, stated in an interview with CNBC that he believes the selling of AI stocks has hit bottom. Currently, the AI industry still faces tight supply rather than overcapacity, and the factors limiting AI investment growth do not mean that the industry's prosperity has ended. He also pointed out that after Binance suffered a hack costing approximately $6.3 billion, the crypto market did not experience a more significant decline, which may indicate that a large portion of the sell orders have been cleared. Tom Lee believes that if the crypto market is a leading indicator of risky assets, then investors may have already gone through a relatively thorough round of selling. However, he also acknowledges that it is difficult to accurately determine the market bottom, and there is still a risk of further declines.
