According to CoinMeta, OKX CEO Star indicates that no exchange can guarantee absolute security. Since Binance recently encountered a security incident, the OKX team has been carrying out four main areas of work: real-time tracking of stolen funds to prevent them from being used for money laundering through OKX exchanges and Web3 DEX aggregators; strengthening market risk control; responding to potential liquidity shocks; and conducting comprehensive reviews of the software supply chain and analyzing new types of attack risks such as AI coding proxies. They are also overhauling internal permission management, wallet infrastructure, and security architecture.
