OpenCode has once again supported Claude subscription: Removed in March due to mandatory requirements, but this time we have obtained the permission.

According to CoinMeta, OpenCode has once again supported Claude subscriptions within v2.2.3. Users simply need to install and log in to Claude Code, then select 「Claude Agent」 within OpenCode to directly use their existing subscription quota, without the need to purchase API additionally. In March of this year, OpenCode removed the built-in Claude subscription login plugin due to legal requirements from Anthropic. This time, by using the official Claude Agent SDK, the Claude Code installed on the user's device directly sends model requests to Anthropic, and OpenCode does not read login credentials. Developer Daniel Smolsky has clearly stated on GitHub that the team has obtained permission from Anthropic and that this complies with the service terms.
