According to CoinMeta, avail has launched a privacy tool, shieldtx, aimed at hyperliquid traders. This tool creates independent wallets for each perpetual contract position, thereby reducing the ability of on-chain follow-trading robots to associate transaction records and replicate trading strategies. Research shows that the median increase in cost per trade for traders followed by such robots due to affected execution prices is 0.63%, and approximately 29% of the top 150 accounts on hyperliquid may still have their sub-accounts associated on-chain.
