2026-10-28 19:01:34
According to CoinMeta, Securitize announced the integration of the Stellar network into its tokenization infrastructure, providing institutional asset managers with more blockchain options for issuing and managing compliant financial products. Stellar will become the 17th blockchain supported by Securitize, which serves institutions including Blackstone, Apollo, and Hamilton. The announcement was made at the Meridian 2026 conference held in Lisbon, Portugal. Securitize stated that this integration is part of a planned expansion and did not confirm whether any existing tokenized funds or stocks have already been migrated to Stellar. The goal of this integration is to enable asset managers to issue, manage, and transfer tokenized financial instruments through Stellar, while also leveraging the securities infrastructure provided by Securitize.
