According to CoinMeta, Neocloud announced the completion of a $100 million Series A financing round, with a valuation reaching $800 million, a significant increase from the $60 million in its seed round in May. The company uses inference chips from NVIDIA competitors (such as SambaNova, Cerebras, and Positron) to run its AI models. This financing round was led by Blackbird Ventures and Abstract Ventures. Following the financing, the company also signed a customer agreement with annual recurring revenue of $100 million and purchased SambaNova chips through debt financing worth $400 million. The company expects to deploy 75 terawatts of computing power by 2027.
