According to CoinMeta, on October 27th, naver announced that it had signed a computing infrastructure contract worth $9 billion (approximately 12 trillion Korean won) with Bofeng. NVIDIA will subscribe for $1 billion (about 1.3 trillion Korean won) in additional shares and become the third-largest shareholder of naver. This contract is part of the $10 billion global AI factory project announced by the three parties in July, with naver responsible for operations, NVIDIA providing technical cooperation, and Bofeng handling financing.
