CoinMeta data: In its latest bi-weekly market report, CoinShares stated that last week there was a net outflow of $679 million in US spot BTC ETF, with a single-day net outflow of $485 million on Wednesday, which was the largest single-day outflow since June. Last week, there was a net outflow of $542 million, with a cumulative outflow of nearly $700 million over 9 consecutive trading days. The report indicates that BTC fell back to around $80,300 after reaching nearly $87,000 on October 5th, before rebounding to around $83,500. The correlation between BTC and the Nasdaq index has returned to the long-term average of around 40%, while the correlation with inflation-linked bonds continues to strengthen. CoinShares believes that this week's US CPI data will become an important variable; if core CPI rises 0.3% on a month-on-month basis, it may reinforce market expectations for a Fed interest rate hike in October, putting BTC at risk of testing $80,000 again.
