CoinMeta data: According to U.Today, automated artificial intelligence systems are becoming a new driving force for transaction activities in the XRP ledger ( XRPL ). Based on data from the t54.ai platform, AI agents are now generating the main commercial flow of the network, gradually replacing traditional retail transfers. At the turn of September and October, the daily number of settlements on XRPL exceeded 600,000, with a peak of 700,000. As more merchants, services, and use cases emerge, the agent economy is becoming a major source of XRPL activity. Enterprises need to have confidence in the representative identity of these agents, their authorized actions, and related risks. To this end, t54 has launched a "trust layer" based on x402 standards to verify the digital authorization and limitations of AI agents in real-time. The system also provides credit limits to AI agents based on their reputation on the chain. Developers from the t54 laboratory have completed a seed funding round of 5 million US dollars, with direct participants including Ripple and financial giants Franklin Templeton. The project has also been included in Mastercard's Start Path accelerator program to directly integrate autonomous AI agents into the global fiat payment network.
