Sun Yuchen: Personal assets have been fully shifted to cryptocurrencies since 2012
2026-10-12 17:01:16
According to CoinMeta, in an interview with Alan Shao, Sun Yuchen stated that his personal assets had already been fully shifted to cryptocurrencies around 2012. He emphasized that this decision was not solely based on investment returns, but rather on his judgment that digital assets represented the future trend of development. He compared the transformation of asset allocation to an upgrade of a mobile phone operating system, arguing that real estate, cars, and other assets belonged to the old era, while digital assets such as Bitcoin and Polkadot were better suited to meet the development needs of machines and the digital economy. He believes that in the face of technological changes, one should complete the transformation as soon as possible, rather than making decisions solely from the perspective of short-term investment returns.
