According to CoinMeta, DeepSeek announced today that despite September 20th being a national holiday with adjusted working hours, its API will still apply the off-peak rate, charging during off-peak hours throughout the day. Since August 17th, DeepSeek has implemented peak-valley pricing, with off-peak rates being half of the peak rates. Taking DeepSeek-Flash as an example, for every million token cache misses, the charge during off-peak hours is 1 yuan, while during peak hours it is 2 yuan; the output costs are 4 yuan and 8 yuan respectively. October 10th, another make-up holiday for National Day, will also be calculated at the off-peak rate.
