According to CoinMeta, Linera founder Mathieu Baudet announced on the Discord platform that due to the fundraising campaign not meeting its targets, Linera ceased operations immediately. The token sale on the Sonar platform received approximately $900,000 in subscription commitments, which was not enough to meet the minimum amount required to complete the sale, and all subscription funds were refunded to the participants. The team failed to raise the emergency funds necessary to sustain operations until the mainnet went live. The Linera community received a commitment of 848,300 USDC, but refunds were issued as the minimum target of 1.5 million USDC was not reached.
