According to CoinMeta, the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology, in conjunction with the Beijing Municipal Commission of Development and Reform, has released an action plan for the development of the token economy from 2026 to 2028. The plan supports software and information service enterprises in building token distribution platforms that align with international best practices, promotes cross-model, cross-modal, and cross-regional access to these platforms, and implements unified API, model aggregation, token measurement, and settlement services. At the same time, token distribution platforms are incorporated into the new infrastructure planning.
