According to CoinMeta, the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) has submitted an application for rule revision to the US regulatory authorities, aiming to launch binary options on KPI. This product is based on key operational indicators from corporate financial reports and uses a binary cash settlement method where the outcome is either a full payout or zero. The first batch of indicators to be included covers 23 companies, such as Coinbase's transaction revenue, trading volume, and subscription income, as well as Marathon Digital Holdings's Bitcoin production, holding volume, and computing power. Investors will be able to trade on individual financial report indicators, and the mechanism is somewhat similar to predicting market trends.
