According to CoinMeta, at a meeting on July 15th, the Japanese Financial Services Agency (FSA) pointed out that certain traders were directing users towards products with higher profitability for sales. The FSA, citing the customer best interest obligations that came into effect in November 2024, is engaging in discussions with industry participants regarding the design of such traffic redirection and self-regulatory rules.
