Wu Says Data Center: BTC Short-term Holders' Supply Increase Exceeds 98th Percentile of History in a Single Day

CoinMeta data: According to Wu's Data Center statistics, on September 10th, 13th, and 15th, the daily increment in the supply of short-term holders (coin age less than 155 days) reached 80,100, 68,700, and 68,100 coins respectively, all exceeding the 98th percentile of history. From September 11th to 15th, the total increase was 128,400 coins. The supply of short-term holders rose to 4.624 million coins. During this period, the price rebounded from $76,500 to $78,200 before falling back to $75,600. In history, there have been 107 instances where the daily increment exceeded the 98th percentile (an average of about 7 times per year). Subsequently, over a 7-day, 30-day, and 90-day period, the median price changes were +2.0%, +3.2%, and +4.7% respectively, with the number of increases accounting for about 62%, 62%, and 56% of the total cases.
