According to CoinMeta, as per an analysis by analyst Darkfost, with the U.S. Senate set to conduct a procedural vote on Clarity Act and the FOMC interest rate resolution approaching on September 16th, the number of transactions involving altcoins on major exchanges has significantly increased. Among them, the 7-day average number of transactions for Binance altcoins has risen to about 31,800, nearly tripling from around 8,300 in July; Coinbase has increased from about 2,200 to 4,700 during the same period, and Bybit has risen to about 2,700. Darkfost notes that the total market value of altcoins has recently increased by over $136 billion, and the increase in transactions on exchanges may reflect some investors beginning to realize profits, but the current selling pressure has not yet reached abnormal levels.
