Coinmint Shareholders Accuse CEO of Falsifying the Commissioning Time of Mining Machines and Suspected Securities Fraud

According to CoinMeta, Coinmint shareholder Mintvest Capital alleges in the revised complaint that Coinmint CEO Ashton Soniat falsely reported the commissioning time of mining machines and transferred 448.7193 BTC coins produced during the relevant “test period” to a personal wallet. Mintvest Capital is also suspected of securities fraud and violations of the Anti-Organized Crime and Corruption Organizations Act (RICO). Mintvest claims that Coinmint has accumulated profits of over $570 million, holding 18.2% of the equity, and demands at least $104 million in undistributed profits as well as compensation of $47.1 million that allegedly was misappropriated by BTC.
