According to CoinMeta, as of 18:00 on September 10th (UTC +8), the network has entered a controlled recovery phase, with block production having been resumed, but transactions are not being processed for the time being. Blockstream has deployed functionary nodes and bridge node updates, and functionary nodes are signing and verifying blocks as expected. The anchoring operations, which include those authorized by Pak and peg-out, are still on hold. The network is currently in the final recovery phase, which includes restoring the BTC / LBTC reserves.
