He believes that this at least indicates that CFTC has been seriously studying pathways for Hyperliquid to enter the US market, but there are still many regulatory details that need to be resolved before it can be fully implemented. Currently, US regulatory authorities are also working on adjusting regulations related to perpetual contracts and on-chain markets.
