Privacy coins rise by 213%, mainstream altcoins fall by 58%

According to CoinMeta, privacy coins have risen by 213% since the peak of Bitcoin in October, while the median of the top 200 tokens has fallen by 58%. According to the latest data from Glassnode, the performance of privacy coins stands in sharp contrast to the overall market, showing a strong recovery over the past month. The market value of privacy coins has increased from $7.1 billion a year ago to $33.6 billion, representing an addition of about $26.5 billion in market value. Although the overall market has generally rebounded over the past 30 days, the performance of privacy coins remains outstanding, with all eight privacy assets that have been around for over a year achieving positive growth.
