2026-09-07 15:55:39
According to CoinMeta, Saudi artificial intelligence company Humai is forming a team to prepare for IPO, laying the foundation for a potential high-profile listing of the company, which is owned by the Saudi sovereign wealth fund and drives the country's data center vision. The CEO, Tareq Amin, posted on LinkedIn stating that he is looking for several outstanding talents to join the IPO preparation team of Humai; these positions will involve investor relations strategies and the preparation of company investor presentation materials. This public recruitment comes a year after the company announced plans to list in 2028 or 2029, with shares to be traded on NASDAQ and the Saudi Stock Exchange. The Saudi sovereign wealth fund, worth $900 billion, is encouraging its subsidiaries to seek listings as part of its privatization efforts. Last year, the fund also sold a minority stake in Humai to oil giant Saudi Aramco. A representative of Humai declined to comment on the potential timing of the listing.
