According to CoinMeta, the Codex reset card is suspected to have a 50% reduction in its value. Recently, due to the phased launch of GPT-6 and Astra, Plus, Pro, and Business users were issued Codex amount reset cards. However, some users noticed that their quota seemed to deplete particularly quickly after using these cards. By comparing the records of consuming 14% of the weekly quota before and after resetting, it was found that before resetting, about 114 million token were used and there were 738 model responses; after resetting, only 63.6 million token were used with 489 responses. From this, it can be inferred that the actual value of the reset card is only half of the normal weekly quota. Nevertheless, this set of data is not a strict comparison, as the main activities before and after resetting involved different Astra. Moreover, the way these reset cards were used in the two scenarios also differed. The person in charge of Codex, Tibo, later denied any difference in available quotas before and after resetting.
