Analyst: Bitcoin is about to see a golden cross, the longest period below the signal level in history
2026-09-05 23:59:42
According to CoinMeta, coinbureau indicates that Bitcoin is about to see its first golden cross since November 2025, with its 50-day moving average set to break above the 200-day moving average once again. This is one of the oldest bullish signals in the market. The last three golden crosses have each led to significant increases in Bitcoin: a 50% rise in September 2021, a 45% increase in October 2023, and a 60% increase in October 2024. However, this is a lagging signal that can sometimes reverse within a few weeks. Bitcoin has currently been below this signal for nearly 280 days, which is one of the longest periods in its history.
