Payward is collaborating with CFTC to plan on offering U.S. users crypto perpetual contracts related to hyperliquid and its underlying L1 via Bitnomial. For hyperliquid to enter the U.S. market, it is necessary to coordinate and modify regulatory interpretations regarding custody, order routing, and perpetual contract mechanisms with CFTC and SEC.
