CrowdStrike ( CRWD ) Releases Strong Financial Reports, but Guidance Shows Signs of Weakness
2026-09-01 19:18:28
According to CoinMeta, CrowdStrike Holdings (Nasdaq: CRWD) has just released its best quarterly financial report in history. On August 26th, its net new annual recurring revenue reached $333 million, a 51% increase, exceeding the guidance by $45 million. Total revenue grew by 26% to $1.47 billion, marking the fifth consecutive quarter of accelerated growth. However, the guidance for the current quarter provided by management during the same financial report conference call indicates that the growth rate will slow significantly. Management has raised its full-year net new ARR guidance to $1.35 billion to $1.36 billion. Nevertheless, CrowdStrike only achieved $5 million in GAAP net revenue, demonstrating fragility in profitability. Management's guidance suggests that net new ARR for the third quarter is expected to grow by 29% to 31%, which is far lower than the recently announced 51% growth rate.
