According to CoinMeta, analyst Ming-Chi Kuo stated that NVIDIA has restarted the Rubin CPX artificial intelligence inference acceleration chip project, with production expected to begin in the first quarter of 2027. This chip boasts computing power close to that of the standard Rubin GPU, with a maximum power consumption of 2300W per unit, and is equipped with 168GB of HBM4 memory.
