According to CoinMeta, Gate US's wholly-owned subsidiary Gate Futures LLC has completed the registration as an independent introducing broker (Independent Introducing Broker) with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) of the United States and has become a member of the National Futures Association (NFA) of the United States.
