According to CoinMeta, Pavel Durov, the founder of Telegram, stated that Gram Wallet has been launched within Telegram and is currently available only to a select group of users. In the coming weeks, it will be gradually rolled out to over 1 billion users. This wallet adopts a non-hosted model, and its underlying smart contracts have been approved by verifiers, so there will be no need for users to migrate their wallets in the future if there are any upgrades.
