According to CoinMeta, Bitcoin rose by 24% in August, but encountered resistance near $80,000, with the price around $78,500 at the beginning of September. According to CryptoQuant data, Bitcoin reserves on Binance have reached their highest level of 2026, at approximately 687,000 BTC. The market expects a 60% probability of the Federal Reserve raising interest rates in September, which poses additional pressure on risk assets. Although US spot Bitcoin ETF attracted about $924.5 million on August 28, this was a 51.8% decrease from the $1.92 billion inflow of the previous week. Market structure indicates that Bitcoin's rejection above $80,000 has re-established this price as a resistance level, while the $76,200-$77,000 range has become a nearby support level.
