By the end of 2026, the number of service providers in the national resource pool is expected to exceed 2,000, forming a multi-level echelon with a reasonable structure, orderly division of labor, and collaborative innovation, significantly enhancing the ability to deliver services in complex scenarios. By the end of 2027, the number of service providers in the national resource pool is expected to be no less than 3,000, supporting the formation of an artificial intelligence application service ecosystem that features full-element collaboration, full-chain connectivity, and coverage of all scenarios.
