According to CoinMeta, avici has announced that it has fully processed the refunds for the hacking incident and is also offering an additional 10% cashback. The card-issuing partner, rain, will bear all the refund costs. This incident only affects the balances of Solana cards that were funded through the avici recharge process; regular avici, Solana, and EVM wallets are not affected. The EVM card balances, fiat currency deposits/withdrawals, and token exchange functions have not been impacted either. The relevant Solana contracts have been upgraded, and no abnormal activities have been detected so far.
