Liu Liehong, the director of the National Data Bureau, pointed out that the stronger the comprehensive capabilities of the models, the more efficient the production of tokens, and the better the logic, accuracy, and quality of the output content. Tokens provide an important benchmark for the measurement, pricing, trading, and settlement of services provided by artificial intelligence. Currently, a diverse range of entities, including computing power rental providers, model manufacturers, data service providers, and professional technical service institutions, have gathered along the token industry chain, and different types of "token factories" have evolved in practice.
