2026-08-29 05:57:21
According to CoinMeta, the Avici crypto bank is under attack, with over one million US dollars being transferred from its collateral accounts. The attackers injected funds through the debridge cross-chain bridge. Avici has acknowledged the issue affecting card balance withdrawals but has not yet confirmed the losses or labeled it as an attack. The platform’s Solana token (bankjmvht8tijrsbss1n2hrymbpvt5ze4hu95duameta) has plummeted by 49%, hitting a historical low, while phishing websites impersonating Avici have stolen an additional 600,000 US dollars from users.
