Avici attack results in users of Solana losing over $1 million

According to CoinMeta, the Avici platform has been subjected to continuous attacks, with over $1 million in funds stolen from user-backed accounts. At the same time, the price of its tokens has dropped to a historical low. The report indicates that at 18:58 UTC, attackers collected 10,005.03 SOL, valued at approximately $1.07 million, as well as around $11,600 in USDC and USDT. The analysis of this attack is based on the Solana transaction logs and RPC data. The attackers carried out a series of operations through the Avici authorization process and ultimately transferred the collateral assets to their controlled accounts. Avici confirmed the issue after it occurred and stated that they are working closely with relevant partners, providing more information in the future.
