According to CoinMeta, Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi stated that under the signed Islamabad Memorandum of Understanding, Iran exported nearly 90 million barrels of oil during the period of its implementation. He mentioned that the other party had originally promised to lift the sanctions and restrictions on the oil and petrochemical industries, as well as to return the frozen funds. If that party fulfills its commitments, Iran will also do so. He emphasized that dialogue can take place between the two sides during this process, but it is not possible to meet 100% of all demands. Raisi noted that the banking sanctions have been lifted, as have the sanctions on the petrochemical industry, but this is no longer achievable at present. He also mentioned that the other party had planned to invest $300 billion, and Iran had discussions with Qatar and the United Arab Emirates to facilitate this, but if the war continues, none of this will happen.
