According to CoinMeta, AI, a cloud computing service provider invested in by NVIDIA, has raised approximately $1 billion in private short-term debt. The funds will be used to purchase computing power chips to support its collaboration project with Microsoft. This transaction was arranged led by JPMorgan Chase, and the debt was marketed to private investors. The purchased NVIDIA GPU graphics cards will subsequently be leased to Microsoft for use.
