According to CoinMeta, Saitama's CEO, Manpreet Kohli, is facing allegations of market manipulation and may be extradited to the United States. Kohli lost a lawsuit in a British court hearing related to a $7.5 billion token fraud allegation; the prosecution accused him of profiting nearly $20 million through false advertising and private sales of tokens. FBI subsequently intervened in the investigation and exposed several cover-up actions by the team. Kohli is currently on bail of £200,000, while the British court awaits submission of the case to a government minister for a decision on extradition.
